The path to becoming a Chocolatier!
My name is Victoria, I was born in Tajikistan when it was still part of the Soviet Union and through my grandmother’s tutelage I developed a love of not just making a meal but crafting dishes for our family that are enjoyable to the eye and tasty.
In 1998 I met the man who would become my husband, an American from California. Moving to California was both difficult and an adventure, learning English and a new way of life including having a daughter.
Moving to Florida allowed me to raise our daughter, obtain my University Degree in Marketing and International Business but I found that I truly developed my passion for the culinary arts.
The pivotal moment on my path to becoming a Chocolatier came when we moved to Nebraska one day before a brutal winter set in. I was house bound, with our daughter at school and my husband working 14 to 16 hours a day, so I decided to take a course in Ecole Chocolate in Gourmet Chocolate Making.
What can I say but I found my calling. I developed a passion for making fine chocolates, to make what I believe to be the finest handmade liqueur chocolates ever.
I am always experimenting, trying different flavors and combinations of flavors.
